Terms relating the venue with events promotion

For a limited period Wozzon Limited ("Wozzon") will pay fifty pence (£0.50 sterling) for each new venue with an event that is not already listed on www.wozzon.com (“the Site”) that are posted on the Site that are submitted by you ("this Promotion") up to a maximum of £100 (one hundred pounds) provided you have registered for this Promotion and submit not less than ten venues with events during the Promotion Period subject to the following terms and conditions;

1. The Terms and Conditions for Posting Events, Reviews, Venues and Images apply as if they were repeated here in full.
2. Each submission of a venue with events must be of a new venue that is not already listed on the Site which is having an event ("a Venue").
3. You must submit ten or more Venues that are accepted by Wozzon editors and marked with a ‘W’ sign in My woZZon and posted on the Site during the Promotion Period in order to qualify for a payment under this Promotion. If you submit less than ten Venues that are accepted by Wozzon editors and posted on the Site during the Promotion Period you will not be entitled to any payment under this Promotion. No payment is due for less than ten Venues. The maximum number of Venues submitted by one person that Wozzon will pay £0.50 for is one hundred. The maximum that will be paid to any individual under this Promotion is £100. No payment will be made in excess of £100 to any individual or PayPal account.
4. Each Venue must be accepted by Wozzon. No payment will be made for Venues that are not acceptable to Wozzon. Wozzon may decide whether to accept a Venue or not in its absolute discretion. Wozzon’s decision on acceptance is final. The posting of a Venue on the Site does not imply acceptance of aVenue by Wozzon. An event will only be deemed accepted when payment is made in respect of such Venue.
5. This promotion commences on 2nd August 2010 and expires on 1st September 2010 or such earlier date as is posted on the Web Site and e-mailed to those who have registered for this Promotion prior to such date ("The Promotion Period").
6. All Venues must be posted on the Site by 1st September 2010 or such earlier date as may be notified to you by WOZZON by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you at the time of registration for this Promotion. No payment will be made for any Venues posted after midnight on 1st September 2010 or such earlier date as may be notified to you by WOZZON by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you at the time of registration for this Promotion.
7. Payment will only be made to a PayPal account, no other payment mechanism will be used. You must notify us of your PayPal account details at the time of registration. If you do not provide details of a PayPal account to which payment may be made at the time of registration for this Promotion you will not be entitled to any payment under this Promotion. Payment shall be made to the PayPal account details of which you provide at the time of registration for this Promotion. Payment will be made on or before 1st October 2010. Payments pursuant to this Promotion will not be due until 1st October 2010.
